Saturday, March 17, 2012, Jeremy Schambacher from Geneva, apprentice cook at the Café des Négociants, in Carouge won the 14th edition of the Poivrier d'argent, which took place in La Chaux-de-Fonds.
The Poivrier d'argent awarded the best apprentice cook in Western Switzerland and Ticino.
Jural was present at the event through a magnificent Jural ham which was part of the first prize offered to the winner.
Jural congratulates Jeremy Schambacher and all the other candidates who worked hard for over five hours to create a dish and a mandatory dessert.
