The availability of our specialties is limited in time because those are produced respecting the seasons and in limited quantities. The objective is to obtain an exquisite mixture of flavours and savours seizing the most demanding palates. Each flesh is different. The race of the animals as well as the ground on which they feed are key elements.
Jural produces its specialties according to ancestral methods adapted to the quality of the flesh and the cuts used.
